Gilroy's Golf Re-Location
As from August 6th 2011, Gilroy’s Golf will commence "Operations" from its new location at Lindfield Golf Club in Sussex.
This coincides with the company’s affiliation to the Sussex College of Golf alongside the team with Denis Pugh. Gilroy’s Golf has supported the college over the past 2 years with its putting services, and will continue to do so on a more regular basis, involving more structure and regular check-ups.
This is a step back in time for Putting Guru Jason Gilroy, as it was at Lindfield GC (formerly known as Paxhill Park) that he took his first steps to becoming a golf professional at the age of 11, and at the age of 15 won the club’s championship.
This is a welcomed move after many years working on a virtually "unmissable" 11 foot putt. After reviewing the requests from many its customers and following a recent on-line survey, it was deemed necessary to take the company’s services to the next level, and offer more variety in what it has to offer.
Gilroy’s Golf coaching services will now include the following elements:
Green Reading (supported by AimPoint UK)
Skill Tests & Putting Handicap Tracking
Pace Control work on our 2 outdoor putting/short game greens
Short Game Coaching (available to existing clients only as part of any follow-up session)
Putting Routine
Although this does mark the end of "Operations" at the Egham studio, we hope that anyone wishing to use any outstanding "coaching time" or gift vouchers will find their way to our new location where we will be able to offer you an attractive number of services.
In addition to what Gilroy’s Golf has to offer, Lindfield GC has developed its facilities over the last few years to accommodate the large group of college students that enroll on their 2 year programme. Therefore, whether you wish to grab a bite to eat, have a drink, hit some balls or play a few holes, there is plenty to keep you entertained for many hours!
